We stayed in a Premier King Room, similar to the hotel room I had during my first visit back in May. I was looking forward to having that cozy bed once again for a few nights, relaxing baths with a view of the city, and there's just always a signature Shangri-La aroma that I can't get enough of. The property is centrally located in Downtown Toronto, making it the perfect location to come home to after a long day of wandering the city.
Of course the accommodations are impeccable. I mean, who could resist an all marble bathroom with a stunning bathtub and view like this? But as always, it's the staff and family that always make the stay that much better. Shangri-La Toronto made Marco and I feel right at home from the second we arrived. I only wish we stayed a little bit longer.
Our final morning at the hotel was a delicious breakfast at Bosk. We made our way down to the lobby, appropriately decorated for the holidays, and headed over to the restaurant where we were seated by the windows. I can still taste the perfect french toast and eggs that I had that morning and the pineapple juice that I got many refills of.
Shangri-La Toronto has a gym, indoor pool, and spa as well. It's the perfect little getaway out of the city for me and I know that I'll be back soon. They have multiple properties around the world and I already can't wait for my next visit to another Shangri-La Hotel in the Philippines.
