Christmas Eve

Happy holidays everyone! I spent Christmas Eve with Marco and my family and Christmas day with him and his family. For Christmas Eve, my family likes to stick with a color theme so for this holiday season, we chose navy with white and silver. Due to the hectic day, I wasn't able to shoot a full blog post but still wanted to share with you all what I wore that day. I definitely try to take advantage of the opportunity to dress up a little bit more on this day so this tulle skirt from Space 46 Boutique and this top from Forever 21 were the perfect pieces for my holiday look. Paired with a YSL clutch and my Christian Louboutin "Rolando" heels, I enjoyed every moment of spending Christmas eve with all of my loved ones. Read more for additional shots and also a sneak peek at what Marco got me for Christmas!

Leather Details

The final preparations for Christmas have had me going a little crazy, but I have finally finished shopping and wrapping presents. I can't wait to see people's faces when they open their gifts. This past weekend, Marco and I took another trip to Brooklyn and decided to revisit the Bushwick Collective. We saw this piece and it seemed to be the perfect location to photograph, not to mention we were in a race against time and the sun was setting soon. My favorites are making an appearance again and in mostly black, my Aritzia coat, Céline Trio, and my new Zara booties that I got for a steal. I hope everyone has an amazing holiday!

Park Slope

I've been hanging out around Brooklyn a lot more lately. There's just something really charming about it. With multiple amazing restaurants in the area, pretty neighborhoods, and much quieter than Manhattan, I will definitely be hanging out here a lot more. For an afternoon with my boyfriend, we were in the Park Slope area to grab some Luke's Lobster, one of my favorite spots to get a lobster roll. I paired my cozy oversized Ann Taylor coat with a camel sweater from Aritzia, my ripped skinny jeans by Citizens of Humanity, and my Steve Madden Boots with my Céline Trio. If you have any suggestions of places I should visit the next time I'm in Brooklyn, that would be wonderful! Have a great weekend, everyone!

59th And Lex

I'm finally on winter break! I can finally enjoy six weeks off of school before my sixth semester of Interior Design. Although I'm still interning and working, school being done is just one big weight off of my shoulders. The holiday giveaway just ended and Van and I can't wait for the winner to get their care package. This look was shot on the day we shopped for this presents and despite the brisk and chilly day, I'm happy to say that I was very warm in this outfit. I paired one of my favorite sweaters with a coat and skirt, all from Aritzia. Because it was a windy day, my OTK boots by Stuart Weitzman really provided me with an extra layer that would keep my legs warm. As for purses, my Saint Laurent Sac de Jour was the perfect accessory to complete the look. Have a great week, everyone!

Perfect White Bed

There's just something so refreshing about a white bed, and this season, I definitely took advantage of some student discounts to give my bed a little makeover. If you're like me, completely enamored by the way a clean and white bed looks, remember to use textures to add depth to it and truly make it your own. I purchased several pieces from West Elm and Target to create this cloud, where I sleep so comfortably in every time I'm home. From basic white sheets and a crinkly duvet to faux fur throws and euro pillows, this bed is definitely one of my favorite places to be. Read more for additional tips and what I look for when I'm picking out bedding!

All Wrapped Up

I am so close to the end of the semester that I can just taste the 6 weeks off already. As I wrap up my final project, I'm switching tabs between school work, work-work, and blog work. With the new year approaching, the chillier weather was inevitable. My blanket scarves have served as the perfect accessory to add a little something extra to my outfits and I've been obsessed with this smaller version of the blanket scarves at Aritzia. By mixing in some old favorites, such as my Chanel Espadrilles, Louis Vuitton Mahina, and my Citizens of Humanity Rockets, this was the perfect casual look for a gloomy day before it began to rain. Cozy in Grey

Happy Wednesday! I hope everyone had a lovely holiday weekend. I spent it in New Jersey with my family just resting and relaxing before finals week came in full force. Christmas shopping has officially begun and this cozy grey coat kept me nice and warm for the crisp fall days! At 50% off at Ann Taylor, I just couldn't help it. To keep it in the colorless family, I paired this coat with my Citizens of Humanity skinny jeans, Steve Madden booties, and my Céline Trio. With the black and gold just looking so great together, I also wore my Daniel Wellington "Classic Sheffield Lady" watch. Read more to get a special discount!

Farewell, November

And hello December. How crazy is it that the year is almost done? It seems as though it was just yesterday that I was getting ready to ring in the new year while spending the holidays with my family in the Philippines. However, that whole 2014 recap will have to be saved for a later post. Today, let's just talk about November and all the good things that came along with it. Check out the slider below to shop pieces that I've acquired for the month and keep reading to recap this months events as well as my plans for December!
