Paisley, Please

I'm officially on summer vacation! I just presented my Italian Restaurant Design project today and I couldn't be happier! I hope everyone had a great semester. As for summer plans, the only thing I've got going on is work and hopefully some little adventures with my friends here and there.

As for this look, I'm stepping out of my leggings and jeans comfort zone and pairing these paisley pants with a crisp white top. This season especially, color is what seems to be grabbing everyone's attention and I think it's safe to say that these particular pants make a statement. I always try to pair something patterned with something plain and simple. Mixing prints are definitely doable but I'll attempt that some other time because these trousers deserve all the attention right now. While shopping with my best friend, we saw these pants and I tried them on just for fun. It's been months since I've had these but I never got a chance to wear them. But here they are! Read more to get the details on my outfit and shop items similar to this look below!

For my accessories, since I don't have a camel colored bag to match my Zara shoes, I decided to throw my Tory Burch Robinson Chain Mini into the mix. I'm wearing a Juicy Couture bracelet that I found on sale for $10 at the outlets in Atlantic City. I'm also wearing my Hamsa Bracelet from Etsy, my silver infinity bracelet and "I Love You" ring from Tiffany & Co. and my Marc By Marc Jacobs Baker Watch in yellow gold. My necklace is from H&M and I think I got it for about $3. When the cashier rung them up, I felt like I won the lottery! I love getting surprise sale prices at the end! It's like the cherry on top of your little shopping trip.

For my shoes, I opted for my new block heeled sandals from Zara that you can find here. I knew that I wanted some block heeled sandals for the spring and summer season. When I saw these shoes online, they looked like the perfect pair. After work last week, I decided to pop into Zara to see if they were there in my size and they were! It's like it was meant to be. I tried them on and immediately fell in love. Block heels are a lot more comfortable to walk in so if you stumble across a cute pair of heels and it's easy to walk in as well, you just have to have it!

Now that I have these camel colored shoes, I'm now on the hunt for the perfect camel colored bag. I'm thinking about a Saint Laurent Cabas Chyc bag would be a good idea! Let the saving begin...

Thank you so much for reading!
