Aldo Over The Knees

I'm over-the-moon for these over-the-knee boots courtesy of Aldo Shoes. When it comes to mini-dresses and tunics, a great pair of OTK boots and stockings make for the perfect Fall/Winter look. As the last outfit post of 2015, I'm so thankful for the past year and all that it has taught me. From friendships to experiences where I came out of it with lessons learned, I carry with me so much more wisdom for 2016 along with even more determination for my success. Cheers to this year coming to a close and heres to the adventures that await.

On The Nice List

It's hard to believe that 2015 is almost over. Of course I have put together my little list of current cravings, mostly keeping in mind that Marco and I have booked our first trip to Europe together, so there are a couple travel-oriented picks in this post. I'm looking forward to 2016, a year of travel, turning 25, and finally graduating from college with a degree in Interior Design. Cheers to everyone and thank you for such an amazing year. No New Threads

I've challenged myself to buy less and cycle through my closet a lot more. Whenever I shop, I try to purchase staples that I know I can pair with multiple pieces in my wardrobe. Bringing back out this dark green sweater dress from almost two years ago, paired with my favorite boots and my Zady coat, I was ready for a brunch date with friends in Williamsburg. Something I really love about the weather right now is the way it has been perfect for layering, not too warm or too cold, but the right temperatures to just mix things up a little bit.

My Stuart Weitzman boots might be one of my best impulse buys, but when you get 15% off, how could you not jump at the opportunity? I love the little peek of skin when pairing these boots with a dress or skirt, lets hope winter isn't too bad so I can still wear these for a couple more months!

Camel + Fur

Throwing on faux-fur over an outfit is the perfect way to upgrade your look. This coat is a mere $30-some dollars from Forever 21 and by adding this stole from Topshop, I felt this ensemble just transform. If you frequently read my blog, you know how much I like to splurge on bags and sometimes shoes. By mixing things up with such an affordable yet chic coat, it's a great way to give my wallet a little break. With Christmas right around the corner and a bunch of niece and nephews, the more I can save, the better. What are your favorite high-low pieces to mix?

Dawn Levy Design

I've always believed in long coats, the way that their simplicity and sophistication can elevate any outfit. I immediately fell in love with the "Renata" coat by Dawn Levy Design. The vine and charcoal color way is the perfect muted piece for Fall and Winter and she has definitely become one of my go-to pieces this season. Whether you choose to dress it up with your favorite luxe leathers or dressed down with your favorite sneakers, this versatile piece will become a staple in your layered outfits.
